Default speech therapy

Does anyone know of a program maybe you can use on your computer which helps with your speech? I have trouble vocalizing when I am dyskinetic. Particularly on the phone. This is difficult to work on because the problem does not pose the same degree of impairment like someone who had a stroke for example. Sometimes for example if I'm not dyskinetic I would do great as opposed to if I am at another point in the day.

On another note, I have dragon dictate and use it often. Maybe I could just use it to exercise my voice and ensure it is translating the correct verbage. Hey, there ya go! I answered my own problem and maybe I can develop an idea. Shark tank here I come!
