Default Whew!

I was holding my breath for Mike's show, but I think he pulled it off well. Can't wait to see the ratings!

Loved the surprise neighbor (She is gorgeous!!) Great script and even better acting

Way to go, Mike!

same here, harley, it's a start. had a hard time understanding MJF, they should add subtitles
MJF is much funnier/interesting in person than the character he plays, surprised they gave him such a goofy character/family. guess i don't understand what the TV viewing public likes nowadays and MJF's lasting popularity, only watch a few shows like THE GOOD WIFE, MAD MEN and embarrassed to say RULES OF ENGAGEMENT and DEXTER. Manic dialog doesn't substitute for a good story line, interesting dialog and good acting. MJF is terrific on THE GOOD WIFE.

My all time favorite sitcom is STILL STANDING. Middle class underachieving family in milwaukee. Like all great sitcoms except maybe the SEINFELD genre, every episode told a story.

Default hey Michael....

Michael helps me to remember to not take life so seriously and that is a huge understatement as he takes this wisdom way way out there.

It would be prudent to use this show to reveal the med effects both good and bad and to help people understand the distinction between what non-medicated and medicated parkinsons looks like. Shaping public perception is a powerful tool! Michael has given me the gift of being able to see what can happen when medicating pd early in the dis-ease process.

Kudos to him for being willing to shine light on some darkness.

I saw myself in his "deer caught in headlights" look. LOL

I know it's wrong but I can't stop thinking of his TV wife as anyone other than Hank's wife in Breaking Bad!!

My impressions: Pretty good, had its moments, but hope it gets better. Nonstop witty banter & repartee not my cuppa tea, also harder for a Parkie to understand, missed some dialogue. Little too cutesy, forced, busy, frantic, but definitely some good stuff, too. Don't watch the other shows mentioned above, but my current favorite sitcom is Modern Family, was hoping for something more like that, where writing & pacing, plus some of the characters & actors, are better.

Default MJF show

I really wanted to like this show but found it rambling, unfocused, clichéd, poorly written and not funny. We all love MJF and he deserves better than this. I hope he changes his writers or the show will die a quick death. It already got crushed in the ratings by the new Robin Williams sitcom.

I usually give new shows a few weeks to smooth out and work out the wrinkles, develop more rounded characters.

Some of the camera work, editing or scene changes seemed abrupt to me..

Been a MJF fan since Family Ties and of course Back to the Future..
