is there a medication for internal tremors upon waking and too vivid dreams?

I have a brain injury but when I look up these symptoms along with my men and bowel problems parkinsons keeps popping up. so I was wondering if any of you guys get these symptoms and what you take for them or what I should ask or tell the doctor. thank you in advance
