Smile How do I talk to my Doctor

Are there guide lines set up on how to talk to your Doctor. How do I explain I'm feeling slow and cautiously? How do I explain I'm feeling like an elderly individual with no strength in my legs?

Why is there no standard for the arm and leg twirl, it is left up to the Dr to estimate your rigidity, why is it not measured controlled by a machine in LB FT or NM?
