i have noticed there seems to be sig. differences between the 50/200 generics, at least for me, the MYLAN brand works better for me, i think the other generic is made in india. |

Hi,
My name is David, I am a 55 man diagnosed in 1999 with PD. Does anyone know what the difference between Rytary and Sinemet CR? Also is there anyone in the group who was part of an FDA trial of Rytary, prior to its approval? |

I'm hoping that the company will do the right thing this time around and see that the people who took the risks to participate in the trials are given early access to Rytary at reasonable costs. |

I was taking Sinemet. I tried stalevo but had a bad reaction and discontinued it. I'm currently taking Sinemet CR. It doesn't seem very effective. |

fwiw, i recommend the mylan brand of 50/200 sinemet cr. it's blue, i was given a different brand, orange colored, which seemed less effective. i think rytary contains immediate and controlled release C/L, you might want to add some immediate release to your regime. have you tried that?
