Thanks Kiwi for the links.
Lurking, I've been taking it for 4 - 5 months.
Changes? Nothing much in how I feel but I've been told I appear more animated and a bit faster in everyday movement.
Mine is marketed as Niagen but there may be others (not sure.)

Gerry, good question re dosage.
It was written on the bottle but if you google it there are people taking massive doses of it which frankly concerns me.
Some are on 1,2,3 grams a day. I couldn't find any bad news about it and when I queried my son he was (I thought anyway) a bit defensive about it!
But I suppose its still early days.
You're taking resveratrol which is another drug the (the Harvard and UNSW teams) work on too with good results to date.
