Default Hello Everyone

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for putting up with me! When I first started on this site, you guys were all I had. I had no one else to talk to..

Well, now I have had PD for ten years! Wow!!! Actually, I didn't do too badly until this year. This past year I seem to have gone spiraling downward at a terrific pace.

Stress continues to haunt me. I went from one bad marriage to a worse marriage. There is much more stress and drama now! If my co-workers knew what I had to go through just to get to work, sometimes, they would feel sorry for me.

Anyway, hope to chat with some of you soon.

So sorry to hear about all of the stress in your life. One thing that helps my father is meditation and Qi Gong. Perhaps you might find a quiet spot and try either of these.

Hope this helps
