Default Nausea and Anxiety

My father is having major issues with nausea and anxiety, and I'm while I'm not sure if they are connected in his case, I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for dealing with either of these?

When we visited Denver for a few days, he developed hallucinatory and cognitive processing symptoms (confusion), possibly due to elevation sickness. But after we came back to Miami, his nausea was gone for months. Not sure if correlation = causation in this case, but interesting nonetheless.

That said, does anyone have any tips for dealing with nausea/anxiety? Experience with medications and/or supplements would be helpful.

Thanks a lot!
