This is the only one that I know by heart. It is called High Country Weather and was written by James K Baxter (a great NZ poet);
Alone we are born. And die alone. Yet see the red-gold cirrus. Over snow mountain shine. Along the upland road. Ride easy, stranger. Surrender to the sky. Your heart of anger. It is almost a Japanese haiku and shows that there is much beauty in the world, as long as we can learn to be still and notice it.
