i realy appreciate that, ctenalouise, as i,m trying to build an exercise routine and that training video is just right for me, i'll be able to use it. my wife sarah and i went to our first pilates yesterday and my wifehas done some yoga in the past. i've always been tight(muscles and joints) so yoga realy is good

Thanks for this reminder about re-alignment.I needed a kick up the backside.
Never been switched off mentally enough to succeed at yoga but will make a huge effort to stick with this. A while ago I practiced Pilates and it was terrific for a number of reasons; 1. Was gentle enough not to jar my aching limbs but was powerful enough to strengthen lower back. 2.Literally helped to uncurl my spine and as stated...re-align everything. 3.Great for a toned backside girls. [since not doing it my butt is on the floor. In fact... I can sweep my kitchen floor with it. Hey ! Now there`s an idea. Great prod in the right direction Tena. XXX |
