oops!! the 2nd link was intended to connect you to a blog talk radio interview..heree is the info from that page:

Natural Pharmacist Ross Pelton R.Ph., Ph.D., CCN discusses the history and discovery of a remarkable new strain of probiotic bacteria that has been found to produce glutathione in humans. Glutathione is called The Master Antioxidant and also the Master Detox Agent in humans. This interview will also review the wide-ranging functions, effects and benefits of glutathione with special attention to how these effects can benefit Parkinson’s disease patients.

Ross is offering a free 8-page report to listeners that summarizes the discovery and history of Lactobacillus fermentum ME-3 and information about the importance of glutathione. Email Ross to request a copy of his 8-page report. Provide your first and last name in the email request. ross@naturalpharmacist.net

The name of the product is Regactiv...but this interview is very informative....not sure how to link you to it

Thank you MD. I assume this means there are no published studies regarding the companies claim.

Badboy- Pelton states that there have been a number of published studies of human trials with Lactobacillus ME 3 that he cites in his report mentioned earlier, however, these were not done on PD patients . For example, there was a study done on post stroke patients that fared much better than their counterparts who did not take ME-3)- also noted is a published study 15.25 minutes into the interview in "Neuropharmacology 2013" that patients given N-Acetyl Cysteine show increased glutathione levels in the brain. Pelton discusses 3 different mechanisms by which glutathione levels are produced creating a complete system. The bacteria themselves can synthesize glutathione in the human gut, they can extract glutathione from the surrounding environment if its available, and they can recycle oxidized glutathione back to its active form (reduced glutathione). This probiotic goes far beyond what traditional probiotics address.

I can't find Neuropharmacology 2013 he mentions?

Listened to the interview. He only mentions N.A.C in one study not ME3.

https://www.google.com/patents/US7244424

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2670518/

There are no published studies showing ME3 increasing Glutathione levels in the brain.

He did say that ME3 was first discovered in Europe in 1994...and has been available there for awhile-I thought he stated that there were numerous published studies on ME3 listed in his report though he did not make further specifications regarding them-oh well-bottom lne for me is I like this product- as many of the remedies I've engaged have slow and subtle effect I seem to feel a little stronger after 2 weeks of taking it. .
