I seem to be experiencing multiple system atrophy. One long standing issue is frequent night time urination, sometimes ten or twelve trips to the bathroom. This is very frustrating. Any ideas on how to adress this problem? Do others have similar experience? Help

That many times a night requires you seeing a doctor preferably with a urologist. You may have some pain in your side that indicates an infection or not pain is not always a symptom, normal it is not. Best of luck

I don't have an infection. Nocturia is very common anong pwp. In fact it can often be the first symptom of pd.

I'm up 2-4 times depending on how constipated/bloated I am (pressure on the bladder),stress level and what the meds are doing ie titration down triggers it. Nigel |

There are various meds, but they may or may not help...
Limiting fluids 3 hrs before bedtime might be worth a try. Drink most of your fluids early in the day.
