Default Spheramine-my 12 month checkup

I am excited because I had a great day. Today was my 12 mos checkup after participating inthe spheramine trial. Still no idea placebo or drug, but I feel very good about my day and I want to share it. Part of the tesing involves 1 day on meds and 1 dayoff. One test is to walk 7 meters ( ithink thats the distance) At 6 mos it took me 14.5 minutes and 87 steps. Today about 5 minutes and 57 steps. memory tests include a tape playing a series of numbers, one every 5 seconds for 90 seconds. the tape says 5, then 7; you say 12, the tape then says 8; you say 15. You must add the last 2 numbers the tape says give an answer then recall the next. Missed 2. Another is the monitor reads 12 words and you must repeat them back then and again about 15 minutes later. missed 1. Im not kidding myself into thinking i got the drug. I still dont know. Couldbe i got a better nights sleep or was more relaxed. But you know what I had a good day and not everyone understands 57 steps is a sprint for me. There were alot more tests and all were great. Dont get over anxious about potential just be happy the process is still going.

(Berlex still hasn't helped my mom, almost 3 years later. She is still in the nursing home dementia ward. I still hope and pray they'll do the right thing for her.)
