john, if you are in the first 48 hours of the flu the dr can rx tamiflu.

my grandson is 6. i had to take him to the er saturday night because his temp was so high. flu and strep with a topping of pheumonia.

with the rx's of antiobotics and tamiflu (which i am not an rx fan..so it's only his 2nd one ever) his fever was gone by sunday afternoon. even went to school today.

whatever strain of flu's are out there this year..they are bad.

don't worry..i'm sure i already caught grandmonkey's bugs.

chicken soup...lots of it.
