Default Mucuna dose?

It is nearly 2 years since my diagnosis with no medication . I have been on mucuna raw powder and supplements. I take a tea spoon of mucuna twice daily an do exercise and have been ok until recently. I am thinking of inreasing the dose. How much mucuna are you taking (for those who are trying it)? I will appreciate feed back very much.
