Arrow Cognizin - research by Harvard

Cognizin Citicoline featured on ABC News
WCVB-TV Boston

After we reach age 25 our brains begin shrinking, and we begin to lose both our memory and our ability to focus. Now Harvard researchers say a natural supplement called Citicoline may help fight those effects of aging and help you feel more alert. You will also want to follow these other tips for feeding and exercising your brain.

I take this brand but I make zip from this or any other product...

Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant with the weak and the wrong. Sometime in your life you will have been all of these.

Default Citicoline

Hi Tena,
I have been taking citicoline for around 5 years now. I buy it from iHerb, the Jarrow formulation, in 250mg capsules. It promotes brain metabolism and is given to stroke victims to aid recovery.
I can't say I have my brain back to when I was 25!! LOL.
However, my memory is fine, and my 2 sons always call me when they have a chemistry problem at work, even though they did their university degrees about 30 years later than me!!!
