I'm 33, diagnosed for 3 years, my sense of smell has been gone for most of that. Certain things, like fresh basil I can smell exceptionally well, and yes dog poop too. But oddly enough, maybe even fortunately, cat urine which is mighty potent, I can't really smell at all.
