Smile Protein consumption

I have noticed that dairy protein is much harder on me than meat protein. I'll have a terrible time with my symptoms after having milk, cheese, etc. in spite of the timing of my meds. Meat protein is difficult for me also, but to a much lesser degree. After eleven years post-dx I have greatly reduced my protein consumption, but I just recently noticed the difference in dairy protein vs. meat protein

Anyone else have this experience?

Thanks
