Default

Recently my PD patient has been able to cut back on all of her medications and trys to take 4 doses /one hour apart before noon & goes the rest of the day unmedicated. She seems to do much better now...alot of it may be due to the fava beans that she takes with the sinemet. Hopefully we are hitting on the right regimine for her finally.

Just this am, when I got up, I realized my brain seemed to be constantly miscalculating where my body is-- poor proprioception-- and that going up & down stairs was a real trip-- felt like my consciousness was alternating above my head, then plunging down below my feet.

I have had other bizarre symptoms before that lasted just a day--- hopefully this one will pass, too. If not, I can see how my sense of balance would be drastically effected.
