The 2009 Millicent Kondracke Award for Outstanding Advocacy is to be received by Jean Burns (NT jeanb,) Arizona PAN State Coordinator & PANSenior Web/Tech Advisor, at the annual Udall Dinner being held in October this year.

I think I have the years correct...couldn't find 2006. Maybe someone else knows of that year.

Greg Wasson won the first Milly Award in 2002; I believe he was followed by Michelle Lane from Louisiana in 2003.
