Hello Everyone,
Have just received my yearly blood lipid panel results and my cholesterol dropped from 250 to 190 (thru diet and supplements, no meds), the LDL dropped from 190 to 146 (still high), but my HDL also dropped, from 34 to 23. Can anyone explain the drop in my HDL, also I had cut my methyl B-12 daily intake from 5000mcg to 2000mcg and the B-12 dropped from 926 to 620. Would I be better off just taking a monthly injection of B-12. Every thing else was in the ball park. Thanks Lanny |
