Onlyhuman, congrats about being alcohol free and it sounds like you have made some gains. As to your other issue I hope you find some answers.

Several local clinics will do a full work up at the "low, low price of $69, new patients, limited time only". Supposeably the analysis will tell you the extent of the neuropathy and if they are able to help but it sounds like a sales pitch. They do not accept insurance and their therapies include the lasers, massage, electrical stimulus among others. These programs are popping up all over and I have to wonder if they have any merit but I am not in the financial situation to throw away money unless I can find out if in fact they are legit and effective. In the meantime abstinence from alcohol, good nutrition, vitamins, exercise and hope and prayers are my agenda.
