Mrs. D,

I've used all three supplements you mention. The only one I've had some issues w/ was the R lipoic. For whatever reason, it gave me severe gastric s/e. I have had IBS my entire life so if I'm going to have a bad reaction to any drug/supplement, it'll be in the gut. I've been reluctant to try it again since I don't like what it did the one & only time I tried it.

I take CoQ10 liquid which I got @ costco. Inexpensive & pleasant tasting.
I always forget to take the L carnitine but I'm going to start being more diligent, especially since it helps mito damage.
