Default Cold hands and neuropathy

I have been experiencing a lot of cold in both hands these last couple of weeks. A few months ago I was diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy. Does anyone know if cold hands (or feet) are connected to neuropathy? If they are, what is the cause?

Thanks
