It has been working for me for the past 3 yrs now (200mgs, 3xday)
along with Tramadol (100 mgs 4xday)
Have you tried a pain med 'cocktail' along with your Neurontin ?

The combination works better than either of the meds alone, to treat for PN pain & symptoms.

I'm at 3,600 of Neurontin and 100 MG 4xday of Ultram. The ultram helps a bit, and neurontin not at all.

I talked to my neuro about Neurontin compared to Lyrica, he said Lyrica is 8x stronger than Neurontin. He said we can find the equiv. of Lyrica to Neurontin and it be close to the same ( I did take lyrica, TOO expensive, but it slightly helped)

I just don't feel any better at all!
