I think that proper water consumption is a very important part of being healthy, and every bit as important as a healthy diet, exercise & supplements, yet it hardly ever gets a mention for good health.
I also think many don't realize just how important it is to drink enough water every day, some say that you should drink enough water to equal one third of your body weight in ounces of water- say you weigh 180 pound, they say you should drink 60 ounces of water per day, but there is no one set rule for everyone as this can vary depending on how active a person is, their climate, etc, here are some good info about drinking enough water. http://www.betterwayhealth.com/drinking-water.asp I read some were that In comparison to cost of a 6 pack of cola. is equal to 6,000 glasses of water, i drink between 8 to 10 glasses of water every day, how much water do you guys & gals drink?
