Filipe, I use supplements separately. Metanx is a combined product.
Most people report improvement with it. Its advantage is that it uses the activated forms of the 3 vitamins, which work better for some people. Just about everyone here uses a B12, some use the P5P, and some use the methylfolate. The Metanx has all 3 in one pill. If you use it take it on an empty stomach.

Metanx is RX only in US.
I don't know what you have there. You said you were taking vitamins already? What are you taking? I need to know that. Metanx is B12, special B6 and special folate. All 3 you can buy separately online if you choose.

I don't know what you have in Portugal.
Metanx has B12, special B6, and methylfolate in it. All 3 you can buy over the counter... iherb.com ships to Portugal. If Metanx is not available in your country, then buy the 3 separately online. Don't you have doctors and chemists there you can ask these specific questions?
