Confused b12 DIFFERENCE MRS. d

wHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN METHYL AND SUBLINGUAL B12?

i SEE ADDS FOR B12 AND THEY WILL HAVE BOTH WORDS ON THE SAME LINE FOR THE SAME BOTTLE. M ETHYL HAS BEEN GOING UP IN PRICE SINCE 2008.

One vitamin store had the definition nearly the same for both kinds.
