Default H-wave ?

I didnt see this device mentioned here anywhere , although Im sure it has, does any one have any experince with it ?

there seems to be some evidence it workds pretty well.

Its pretty expensive but Im thinking of seeing if I can get nhs to help with the cost , its either that or spinal stimulator I feel given the lack of options for pain .
