This is the B6 information I have gathered.

Products that do not give detailed info on their labels should be avoided. But in general if the B6 is not detailed, it is the regular pyridoxine. P5P is usually labeled as such.

The same thing happens with magnesium. Many supplements will say "contains magnesium oxide and citrate" when in fact 90% or more is oxide. Most places go with the cheapest available.

2mg of B6.... nothing to worry about.
But I will say it is very expensive for what you get out of it.
