I'm terrible! I Have a cold, aches, pains and the low pressure
makes my feet feel as if they are being squeezed in a vise.
I just want to crawl under the covers and not come out til spring.

I really feel for all in these states with the horrible winter weather. I swear I could be a weather women just by how my body feels. For the cold weather people space heaters are great just don't leave them on when away. Also microfleece the most comfoting texture to me. Anyhow sending get well thoughts to all

Well, if the low fronts were not bad enough, I wasted my high pressure system, painting....lord. I feel like I am in a straight jacket with millions of stick pins. Oh well, got get all the dust elephants picked up. At least the sun is shining.

ARRGGHHH!!!
I'm back to work today. My work van won't get dug out til Sun, I'm afraid.
My wife's car was left on the parking lot at the hospital during the blizzard,
she's been picked up & brought home by 4 wheel drive people from work.

Someone left a flyer on my door - "I will dig out your car ..$20".
I think I might call him. Its really difficult for me to shovel this crud around.
Walking to work, & back
(a little bit less than 1 mile - but uphill coming home)
is taxing for me when the weather is nice.
But with ice & snow all the way.... its really maxxing me out.
But if I don't come to work, I can't make the rent!
I was out (shop closed) Wed & Thurs.
Wed was the snow, & Thurs was what my wife gave me
(a chest cold with chills & fever)
I can't afford to lounge around feeling sorry (read sick) for myself.
I'm feeling a bit better today.
Homemade Chicken soup (with matzoh balls) is the answer.
It's gotten both of us back on our feet, (along with Zycam).

Hope you get well soon Bob B. And hey, that $20 for digging out your car seems like a super bargain...to me it would be worth twice that amount...and maybe more. Just be careful and do whatever you can to make sure that person is trustworthy. Good luck.

I hope too that you're feeling better, Bob.

When we got home from Tampa, we found that our neighbors shoveled our walk and dug my car out. They rock! I would give them mega bucks but they would never accept that so I'm currently in the process of baking them a loaf of challah for Shabbat (their favorite--they always burn their hands ripping it apart when I bring it over).
