Default I sit possible to be cured of polyneuropathie

Is it possible to be cured of polyneuropathie? If they can find what is causing it.The only thing i now at this moment is that nothing was found in my blood.
Everything was ok with my kidneys, lever, etc including metabolic ilness.
The answer my neurologist gave wast satisfying for me he tolt me that my nerves whered inflamed that must ,and it wouldnt surprise him that this would pass in a couple of mouths...i dont believe that so i asked him to send me to a universaty hospital for more test.
