Default I sit possible to be cured of polyneuropathie

Is it possible to be cured of polyneuropathie? If they can find what is causing it.The only thing i now at this moment is that nothing was found in my blood.
Everything was ok with my kidneys, lever, etc including metabolic ilness.
The answer my neurologist gave wast satisfying for me he tolt me that my nerves whered inflamed that must ,and it wouldnt surprise him that this would pass in a couple of mouths...i dont believe that so i asked him to send me to a universaty hospital for more test.

Hi I am not sure about cured but I know with one of my docs he was really trying to figure out what cause my PN so they could treat that and it would help the pain level by a lot. So if not sure easier to live with does that make sense? Like people who have diabetes which I don't but they manage that and there PN gets to a better point but it is still there. I am glad you are pushing for more testing and I hope you get some answers and relief

We typically do not say PN can be cured here.

Some PNs that are viral may get better quickly however. Some may be temporary in nature and self limiting.

Hereditary PN called Charcot Marie Tooth, does not have a potential for getting better at this time.

My neuropathy which was thyroid induced, is much much less painful than it was, but it is not "cured" with thyroid treatment.

Peripheral nerves can regenerate, but whether they do so 100% is still not proven. Often they misfire and cause pain or other symptoms while they are improving.

One of ideas i am playing with is going to a internist to let him check every thing i have but i have to consult my familiy doctor ,i want to now what she thinks of this.
How about checking if your vascular system id ok?I had many muzzle damaged is the past most of them happend in the tendon area where there is less blood.
Ms patients benefit from the zamboni methode where the veins in the neck area are operational enlarged(ofcourse this is a hole diffirent issue)
