Default raw food

and relief from neuropathic pains.

I went for vacation where we ate only raw food. all my burnings gone. do you have any idea? they said there that this is because the change in the Ph of the blood, which is more basic.

Did you consume bread? Things with gluten?

If not, then you may be gluten intolerant. Sit down and write out what you DID eat. And compare it to what you typically eat.
Something on the typically list may be your culprit.

The raw diet is also low in high glycemic carbs. Consumption of sugar and carbs can cause insulin resistance and add to PN symptoms in pre-diabetic people.

Do you plan on continuing the raw diet?Have you been tested for gluten or diabetes? I hope you will let us know of more long term results if you do

my neuropathy is somewhere between idiopatic to toxic... (now my neurologist thinks it is more toxic then every other cause...)
