Smile Hi LizJane, Welcome Back!

My doctor said I can decrease the BB. My low pulse on the BB wasn't very worrisome,as it wasn't excessively low. But my insomnia and fatigue were out of hand and I was feeling very unwell.

my pulse is in th 80's now when I am sitting or walking around. But when I lie down it goes into the mid high 60's. So I take it that's what they mean by "resting pulse".

But sitting here at this computer typing chances are it will be in the mid 80's.
