Default Me Irish Jig

The robins are back, along with sandhill cranes and lots of big flocks of geese.....the temps are warming, the snow is almost all gone, the rivers are flowing....so is green beer!

My feet are doing this odd little jig.....yeeeaaaay. It is almost Spring!

I am probably 1/16th Irish....on me daddy's momma's side back 5 generations....well, Ok, maybe it is Scottish...this week, I be Irish! And my RLS is a jig.

Default Ahhh! You got my robins! They got there safely!

They came thru when we got our last and record snow dump! I was afraid most wouldn't find enuf food to make it to where they need to be.
My crocus have been going great guns and the 'area pollen count' started on this past MONDAY! It'd hit 70! I too, would do a jig if I could? Probably fall thru the floor to the basement tho! You know, those wobbley periods?
I can't wait for it to get warm enough to open the windows and get new AIR into the house tho. Not to find some sun and soak up some good old natural VItamin D!
Days are getting longer, and while we go onto daylight saving time? We'll STILL be getting longer days... 10+ minutes shy of 12 hours of light where I'm at.
Enuf, Give me a month and I'll likely complain about the pollen and/or the heat!
Good things and soon! - j

Yeah tonight is daylight savings. Don't forget to spring forward. This is my favorite day of the year. Makes for 1 less hour in my long night awake. When I lived up north I felt like all you finally some sun and even the smell of spring was so nice. Ahh the good old days.

Default Not even a full day on 'Savings?'

And I'm truly off....got up LATE..VERY LATE? Tho the sun ostensibly rose 'earlier' today? Couldn't tell for the 'rainy GRAY'.
The newsoids did a stint w/a some sort of doc [didn't get the 'type'] stating that it'd take us all a full 3+ days to 'get adjusted'. Go figger? We knew that.
I've got to get up early tomorrow for some med tests... I think I'm going to be grumpy. I will allow myself to be so. So sunshine to all and soon! 's - j

Still raining on the East Coast/Chesapeake Bay area.
Been raining for days. Gray, dreary, chilly.
My downspouts were clogged Sun early a.m. (4 a.m.) and had a river waterfall
flowing down the wall. Looked like a half of a plastic Easter egg or a L'eggs
pantyhose egg was stuck in it. We had some high winds the days before
and it prolly got blown onto the roof and then into the rain gutter.
My wife went up onto the kitchen roof (one story high) to clear it.
I'm not that agile to climb the ladder then hoist my self up to the roof,
then walk the roof for about 30 feet to the downspout. Tried to do it just from the ladder, but couldn't get to the jammed spot.

Life's full of little 'wonders, but at my age, I can do
without these surprises.

I saw some places got hit with rain and no power. Here in FL it is finally sunny and warm but not too humid.
Dahlek I hope your day and tests go better then thought. Everyone has their grumpy days. That has been me a lot actually.
