Default An Irish Blessing! From Me To You

The music played is called "Down By The Sally's Garden". My Cousin sent this to me for my Birthday.

Trivia question...What movie played this music? Easy, huh?

Sally that was beautiful. To me this is the most meaningful present

Oh my gosh! How wonderful. I am, by blood, 100% Irish. I have never been to Ireland, but I love those photos.

Thank you so much for sharing this. You made my day.

Come on, I wanna see some guesses....What Movie??

Actually I came to find out that "Down by the Sally Gardens" is an old Celtic song written in the 1800s and is not the exact song played in the movie, but close enough that you would know what movie I'm talking about.

Whoever wrote the music for the movie copied it, almost chord for chord.

Any guesses?

Sal, that was beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Never saw Titanic though.

Marion - I'm mostly Irish too. Dh says if possible, he wants to go to Ireland this year. I'm trying to look up my family roots, figure out where I want to go, what to see.

It's all so pretty though, I doubt you can go wrong.

Love Irish blessings. Didn't anticipate this being music. Might post an Irish blessing a day, in March, if I get around to it.
