Default muscle loss - not CMT

As you know - I have SFN probably - toxic.
I notice that I have deformation in my feet due to ???? muscle lost.

I have to ask my neuro about it. next meeting is on the end of May and I don't want to go earlier.

Do you familiar with this phenomena?

Thanks
