This is SOOO great! I've always said that if I'm going to be in pain lying on my couch at home, I might as well go out and be in pain doing something that keeps me living a life. While feet hurt walking, the pain doesn't indicate damage, and since they hurt not walking, might as well...walk!

The worst thing is for us to lose the thread of our lives, lose touch with the outside world, and live in a world of pain and fear, at home. So this is just terrific! Even if you are in pain, you are becoming more alive!
