So I just got back from the good ol docs w/ my blood test results.

(review of my symptoms real quick, Started after a heavy summer of landscaping, started getting tingling, stiffness, in hands, which later became in feet, face (lips, nose, cheeks), the tingling travels and is veeery annoying. My hands feel stiff and they swell up and I feel friction along the sheath and tendon as i open and close hands) No carpal tunnel, nerve studies, mri's everything is normal.

Blood: ................. Range:

TSH: 3.58 MU/L ..... .3 - 4.7
T4 Free : 16.8 PMOL ..... 9.1 - 23.8
Free T3 : 3.9 PMOL ..... 2.5 - 5.7

Vitamind D: 47 .. ( Ideal 75-200 ) NMOL/L

Hematology is all normal with results in middle of range.

Magnesium Serum 0.79 MMOL .... (.65-1.05)


I cant remember who mentioned this in my introduction post but the fact that I got such high Vitamin D working in Sun 60 hours a week, then going indoors and not seeing the sun could have caused my tingling. Going from both extremes.

I live in Canada and my doc said 80% of poeple that get vit D tested have a low level.
My doc recommended 400 units x3ru i cant read the writing im assuming 3x per day but im not sure.

I have read on the board that many take Vit D and hopefully its the cuase of my probs and can be fixed :/
What VIT D should i start taking??
