I sometimes wish I had this problem (no not really) because even with constipating meds, I have chronic "D". It is such a drain on my energy. I try to keep things healthy with my daily consumption of yogurt and buttermilk. Both have pro-biotics and are easy to digest.
On the few occasions I have been constipated, prune Juice or apricot nectar work well for me. I used to find that MJ worked great for nausea. I have been through some touch times with chronic nausea. Problem was it would put me into a dysautonomic tailspin that felt sort of like an anxiety attack. Not good. Hope you are all enjoying your Spring.
