Thanks so much Mere - so far so good, I have started another thread on this and intend to add to this every day and hopefully my progress will be positive for other folks.

what i am missing in all the comments is electricity on the needle is also called PENS or percutane electrostimulation.This technic is used for people with severe neuropatic pain and helpes regeneted the nerves.I am using in combination with actyl-l-carnitine and alpha lipon acid but the needles help me more the the supplents
