what i am missing in all the comments is electricity on the needle is also called PENS or percutane electrostimulation.This technic is used for people with severe neuropatic pain and helpes regeneted the nerves.I am using in combination with actyl-l-carnitine and alpha lipon acid but the needles help me more the the supplents
