That is great! I take two scoops a day. I take many supplements for CFS and POTS. Thank goodness for supplements.

I stopped the ribose six months ago because I thought I noticed a slight pain in my right side, but I think it was paranoia about kidney stones. I'm going to give it another try today.

Wink

This winter my aches and pains have been terrible. Especially my right arm, and neck. I tried the amitriptyline in Dec for it...and after 10 days, my blood sugars went UP and it was no longer helping much with the pain, so I stopped it.

In summer I have less problems and feel much better overall.
But I guess my hypothyroidism doesn't like the winter.
The ribose really helps me walk longer distances, increases stamina and helps me up the many stairs we have around here.

So now I am back on 7.5 grams at night daily.
What happens I think with this and some other supplements is that we get "used to" the new normal that happens, and eventually think we don't need "whatever it is" anymore.
