Yes, I've had vibration-type feelings, both from low blood sugar, and when my neuropathy symptoms are flaring up. Feet, arms, hands, mid-line of my abdomen, face, head -- same place my other neuropathy symptoms are. My hands shake sometimes, even to where it's difficult to write or to get a letter opener in a letter--ok, it's only been that bad a couple times, but physical shakiness plenty of times.

But nothing bad has shown up on an MRI, and this is occasional and hasn't progressed over the last 2-3 years, so I guess that tends to rule out central nervous system causes. My neuropathy is entirely sensory so far (knock on wood), and so my doc's theory is that I could have some neuropathy in my proprioceptive nerves. (Proprioception is the sense of knowing where your body is without having to look at or touch it.) Makes sense to me. I hope yours resolves well.
