Default lions mane benefits could make you roar

Hello again and to Mrs D whom is the only person I really remember ( shes been here that long ) :P Sry D but its True !

Any way, I've been trying my hand at this whole nerve regeneration thing again in part of my other maddening problem ( anosmia ) and came across something suprising I dont recall ever being mentioned on any forums before called " lions mane " which you can read more about here

I dont know whether it helps or not because I've only started trying it with some of remaining neuro supplements I still have ( biotin , benotiamine )
and I've still got a smile on my face , so I'll let you decide for yourselves.
