Hi,
First of all, am not lazy about researching/reading up on either my Sjogren's or small fiber neuropathy. But: In reading about the various supplements that could be therapeutic for neuropathy but fully aware that I'm a cut-to-the-chase (if possible) type, can anybody who posts here and who is already knowledgable about this topic recommend the types/better brands of these supplements so that absorption can adequately occur. There are so many brands in stores/on-line, and I don't know one from the other: 1. methylcobalamin 2. L-carnitine 3. B1 4. CoQ10 Thanks very much, Sheltiemom |
