Very creative Rrae, I like it. I would freely eat dark chocolate, Boston baked beans (these are candy-coated peanuts), chocolate-covered almonds, ice cream, pizza, fried shrimp, buttered garlic toast, hamburgers, french fries, Mocha Frappuccinos, and malts. And I would take long in the woods and in my neighborhood. Good luck and happy PNing everybody!

Oh Rrae, I was up all nite too....but stupidly stayed in bed. I have already seen all that satellite TV has to offer.....I think I drank too much soda pop, it was sooo horribly hot yesterday.....awakend to utter gloom!

Oh well, just another day in Neuropathyland....bring out the band!
Or is it Neuropathyville and bring out the still?

That chocolate looks good....I eat it anyway.

Lightbulb Coincidence ?

Well, Cy, i find it rather perplexing that we've both started on the trial of the same medication at the same time (Morontin)........
Soooo........ ?
Something must be kicking in?

I stumbled across a channel from the BBC on my DishTv!
My life will never be the same!
I LOVE Brittish comedy !

Cool Smirk par-tay!

It's been a month and a day since this post was last used... but I really think it's a wonderful idea and that we should keep it going. Not so much to dwell on the things that we no longer can do.. (though it's okay to grieve the "life you once had") but more so just to be silly and laugh and dream big, even if we are not able to physically live out those dreams right now.

So, I am going to add: If I didn't have PN, I would spend a weekend at some amusement park with all my wonderful friends, both here on NT and elsewhere. I'd ride all the spinning, twirling rides (like the octopus and the tilt-a-whirl), but NO roller coasters or other high rides because I am terrified of heights if I am moving at a fast speed! It would be great because, see, we'd all pool our money and rent out the whole place and so there would be NO lines except our fellow friends, so we could just sit and relax in the recliners we will put in the lines... and we will each be assigned a personal attendant that will bring us food, provide us with cold drinks (water, not the alcoholic type--unless you're into that, I guess!), and take lots of pictures so we can enjoy the memories forever.

So, I think we all know that this is not realistic and will not happen in this lifetime... but it would be fun!

What else would you crazy people do? No limitations!

If I didnt have neuropathy:
I would go back to the gym and take off the 50 pds I gained!!
I would take my daughter to the mall a couple times a week like I used to!
I would be back in my old house and not living with my mother.
I would be back at my old job making GREAT money and being Happy.
I would be shopping for pretty clothes that I used to wear, not sweat pants and flip flops!!
I would wear AWESOME high heels!!

Most importantly I would be SOOO HAPPY that I would have my old life back!!!

I would hang upside down on a tree branch...just for a new perspective on the world.

I would like to hang as well, the Elephant would come in handy to get us up and down from the tree.

I too would be doing lots of shopping, I dread going now.

Have a good spring clean of my house (it is spring here in Australia) but that is out of the question now, just tidying up is too much for me now.

I would also loose the weight I have gained.

There is so much we could do if we did not have neuropathy.
