I would move to Australia for THEIR Spring and Summer and have the maid clean my house! and give the elephant a bath.

I do not have NP, but I do have pain. Lots of fusions in my neck and I am healing. I want to hang too. I want to sky dive again. Something I can't do anymore. Anyone up for jumping out of a perfectly good airplane? I can relate to all of what these posts say. Leslie, I may be able to help with weight loss a bit, because I did it, when I never thought I could. There are alot of people who struggle with this, and I do have some tid bits that may help. ginnie

Go back to learning Tae Kwon Do (would like to think I can kick butt!)
Do a cartwheel! Just to see if I can. Wear those really stylish shoes with the high heel I haven't been able to wear in forever. And most importantly just love life! Best of luck to all of us! |

I would love to bowl again, and play racketball/tennis.
But I would really like to wear fashionable shoes again. (another failure at Famous Footwear last weekend made me pretty angry and frustrated!)

Sail - balance on a heeling deck- wind in my face.
closest I come to that is to stand with my face in front of a fan Hike- wander trails in the fall. Now I'm lucky if I make it from the car to the front door. Ski- shuss downhill & play in the snow. I'm lucky if I can shovel my short 18 foot sidewalk in front of our row house. Dance - be able to boogie at parties and venues !. ......... Forget it !

Also - my English would stay as it was at the time I graduated highschool.
Also - i would know nothing about nerves and EMG, NCV, SFSN and all those vitamins that I take now. Also - I probably stay working at the same place, doing the same old things. But the neuropathy - opened some new options for me, including new hobbies. |

I have been reading this thread and love hearing what people would do if they could. I was wondering where you, and others have found that cute big smiling head jumping up and down on a trampolene (spelling). The icons to my right don't show it. Thanks Ginnie
