Got up this morning had my coffee, Ok I know caffine is not the best thing to have. As the day went on my feet and legs tingled more and felt weaker than yesturday. I wish the doctor could find out what is causing it. Have to wait 10 months for another NCV to check for any changes. All I know is that it's sensory-motor and affecting the myelin and axons in my feet and lower legs thats pretty much it. I don't like waiting games, it's the not knowing that's driving me crazy.

I know how you feel Lynn, my legs get more tingling and painfull every day, I have been told I have idiopthic SFPN and I have just got to live with it and all that can be done now for me is treat the pain and treat anything else as it comes. You just have to try and stay positive and take one day at a time. I wish you all the best but you might not ever find a cause they can not tell me what is causing mine so I hope they find a cause for yours. You are at the right place everyone here are very helpful.
