Default Hot Foot!

I know I've seen posts for this before, but being computer illiterate, I was having trouble locating them. In the last few days I feel like a fire walker. I mean wow! If I touch the bottom of either foot to the calf of my other leg the heat is incredible. And wearing shoes is a real treat. If only feet would sweat, that might cool things down. All my symptoms seem to be pretty transitory. They come and go like the wind and I develop new symptoms almost on a weekly basis. I'm certain that the "hot foot" will pass in a few days, but I'm hoping someone has an idea to get me by until it does. Thanks for looking in on this and best of luck to all of us.
